I have achieved great things!!!! All must bow before the might of carpenter girl!!!!

(After 3 tries -- and 3 trips to the hardware store -- i finally put an anchored hook into the kitchen ceiling. If the hook kit had come with a shorter screw it woulda been easy -- but then, i wouldn't have gotten this sense of accomplishment either...)

actually for one of those triple hanging basket things -- and since it'll hold fruit and onions and potatos and other heavy stuff, and since our ceiling is plaster, i didin't want to just screw in a hook and leave it at that...
